Getting Started
Welcome to RetailEase Pro! This guide will help you set up your account and start using the software effectively.
System Requirements
- Windows 10/11 or macOS 10.15+
- 4GB RAM minimum (8GB recommended)
- 500MB free disk space
- Internet connection for activation
First Steps
- Download and install RetailEase Pro
- Enter your license key to activate
- Set up your business profile
- Add your products and services
- Start creating invoices!
Installation Guide
Windows Installation
- Download the Windows installer (.exe)
- Double-click to run the installer
- Follow the installation wizard
- Launch RetailEase Pro from desktop shortcut
macOS Installation
- Download the macOS installer (.dmg)
- Open the DMG file
- Drag RetailEase Pro to Applications folder
- Launch from Applications or Launchpad
Billing & Invoices
Create professional invoices in seconds with our intuitive billing system.
Creating an Invoice
- Click "New Invoice" from the dashboard
- Select or add a customer
- Add products/services to the invoice
- Apply discounts if needed
- Choose payment method
- Print or email the invoice

Inventory Management
Keep track of your stock levels, set alerts, and manage suppliers efficiently.
Adding Products
- Go to Products section
- Click "Add Product"
- Enter product details (name, SKU, price)
- Set stock quantity and low stock alert
- Save the product
Stock Alerts
Set minimum stock levels for each product. You'll receive notifications when stock falls below the threshold.
Reports & Analytics
Gain insights into your business with comprehensive reports.

Business Profile
Configure your business name, logo, address, GST number, and contact details that appear on invoices.
Invoice Settings
- Invoice number format

Printer Setup
Configure thermal printers for receipt printing or regular printers for A4/Letter invoices.
