1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RetailEase Pro software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Ralfiz Digital ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use the Software on one (1) computer
  • Use the Software for your internal business purposes
  • Make one backup copy of the Software

License Types

  • Trial License: 14-day evaluation period with full features
  • Monthly License: Valid for 30 days from activation
  • Annual License: Valid for 365 days from activation

3. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software on more than one computer per license
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use the Software for illegal purposes
  • Share your license key with others
  • Attempt to bypass license verification

4. Payment and Fees

Pricing

  • Monthly License: ₹1,249 (Introductory), ₹1,499 (Regular)
  • Annual License: ₹8,330 (Introductory), ₹12,495 (Regular)
  • Custom/Enterprise: Contact for pricing

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the Software before purchase. Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Software, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. License Activation

The Software requires internet connection for initial activation and periodic verification. Each license key is tied to one computer. If you need to transfer your license to a new computer, please contact support.

  • License keys are non-transferable without our approval
  • One license = one computer
  • Trial licenses cannot be extended or reused

6. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is owned by Ralfiz Digital and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

7. Your Data

You retain all rights to your business data created using the Software. Your data is stored locally on your computer, and you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining regular backups of your data
  • Ensuring the security of your computer
  • Compliance with data protection laws applicable to your business

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RALFIZ DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Your license terminates automatically when:

  • Your license period expires
  • You breach any term of this agreement
  • You attempt to circumvent license restrictions

Upon termination, you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies. Your data remains accessible for export purposes.

11. Updates and Support

During your active license period, you are entitled to:

  • Free software updates and bug fixes
  • Email support during business hours
  • Access to documentation and help resources

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Software. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
