How it works

  • 1. Your Machine ID is auto-generated from your device
  • 2. Copy the Machine ID and share it with your admin or use it to purchase a license
  • 3. Paste the license key you receive and click Activate
  • 4. Once activated, the license works offline

  • Prefix — Use something meaningful like "INV-", "BILL-", or your business initials
  • Starting number — If migrating from another system, start from your last invoice number + 1
  • Footer — Common choices: "Thank you!", return policy, payment terms, bank details

  • Bulk import — Use Products → Import to add many items from a CSV file at once
  • Barcode — Connect a USB barcode scanner to auto-fill barcodes, or type manually
  • Categories — Create categories first (Products → Categories) to keep your catalog organized
  • HSN/SAC code — Add for GST compliance (visible in advanced fields)
  • Service items — Switch item type to "Service" for service-based businesses

Add Your Products

Set up your product catalog with pricing, categories, and tax rates.

1 Go to Products from the sidebar
2 Click + Add Item
3 Enter name, price, category, tax rate, and stock quantity
4 Optionally add SKU, barcode, and product photo
Tip: Use Product Import to bulk-add items from a CSV file.

Add Customers

Build your customer database for invoicing and payment tracking.

1 Go to Customers from the sidebar
2 Click + Add Customer
3 Enter name, phone, email, and address
4 Set credit limit and payment terms if needed
Tip: Customer ledger tracks all transactions & outstanding balances automatically.

Create Your First Invoice

Generate professional invoices for your customers.

1 Go to Invoices+ New Invoice
2 Select a customer (or add one on the fly)
3 Add line items — search products or scan barcodes
4 Review totals, apply discounts, and save or print
